1. License & Usage Rights
We grant your business a limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our platform, build custom review funnels, generate branded flyers, and use AI reply generators in accordance with your selected plan.
2. Third-Party Integrations & Google Policies
Our platform integrates with official Google Business Profile systems to synchronize location parameters. When using ReviewFlow AI, you must adhere to the following guidelines:
- You may not use the software to solicit fake reviews or violate Google's rating policies.
- Our smart routing funnel guides users to rate their experience. You must not block or prevent users from leaving public reviews if they request to do so.
- We are not responsible for any modifications, suspensions, or actions taken by Google against your business listing due to policy violations.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Fees for our paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancelled accounts will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Limitation of Liability
ReviewFlow AI provides the platform 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from listing downtime, integration updates, or rating modifications.
